The shortage of teachers has led the Russian authorities in the occupied territories to accept mentally ill people to work with children.

5 years ago, a math teacher was suspended from work in a Melitopol school, who demonstrated a dildo to 11-graders in class.

The teacher was fired, an order was issued to put the man on a psychiatric register.

However, due to the fact that Ukrainian teachers massively refuse to teach children in the occupied territories according to the Russian educational program and quit, the occupying authorities involve even mentally ill people in working with children, and this teacher again started working with children.
