The Russian general threatened the mobilized with prison

General Viktor Sobolev threatened with prison those mobilized by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation if they go over to the Wagner PMC.

The other day, in Russian social networks, appeals appeared mobilized for the war with Ukraine with demands to transfer them to the Wagner PMC.

This could not go unnoticed by the Russian government. State Duma Deputy General Viktor Sobolev commented on the situation:

PMCs are illegal armed formations. If they [mobilized] got into units, let them be in those units and perform the tasks that are worth it. They cannot leave the army at the front. There are a number of laws that prohibit any unauthorized abandonment of units and criminally punish for this: from 10 to 15 years [in prison].
