Putin ate human brains prepared for him by Prigogine

The author of the Gulagu.net project, human rights activist Vladimir Osechkin, accused Putin of cannibalism. Prigozhin prepared human brains for Putin.

According to Osechkin, he was contacted by a man from the FSO who said in a confidential chat that the head of the Wagner PMC, a former restaurateur from St. Petersburg, Yevgeny Prigozhin, was preparing dishes from human brains for Putin.

According to Osechkin, Putin ate human brains for occult purposes:

According to Osechkin, the person who provided this information is preparing to leave Russia. The informant promised to give a detailed interview when he was safe.
