Bear bait. Part 2: Untrained Propaganda
As in the case of Valery Zaluzhny, the incident with the disappearance of Budanov ended in a complete fiasco for Russian propaganda.
There are suspicions that deputies of the State Duma of Russia use strong substances. Over the past week, the people had a lot of interesting ideas, some of which they managed to bring to life the citizens of Russia.
The deputies proposed to increase the fines for non-appearance at the military registration and enlistment office on the agenda from 3,000 ($33) to 50,000 rubles ($554).
A fine of 10 to 20,000 rubles ($111-222) is also introduced for late notification of the military enlistment office about a change in place of residence.
These measures indicate that there are problems with personnel in the Russian army.
Deputy Milonov proposed forcibly inseminating women from the age of 24, which of course caused a wave of ridicule:
Until the age of 24, they already danced in discos, it’s time to take care of the state!
Deputy Milonov is known for his uncompromising stance towards LGBT people. Milonov holds ultra-conservative views, and there are rumors on Russian social media that Milonov was raped at a young age, which caused an unhealthy reaction and strange behavior.
