Marines made their way to the aid of the besieged in Mariupol

Ukrainian marines from the 36th brigade during the military operation fought their way to the aid of the Azov battalions in Mariupol, besieged by Russian troops.

Unit commanders have already released a joint video:

They said that the plan of the operation was completed the fighters are ready to defend Mariupol. They also urged not to glorify those who surrendered.

During the operation, some Ukrainian marines were captured by the Russian Armed Forces, as reported by Russian media.
