In Russia, restrictions on the withdrawal of cash currency have been introduced

Russians can withdraw up to $10,000 in cash currency from their accounts, and the rest of the funds the bank will issue in rubles at the market rate on the day of issuance.

New deposits in foreign currency can be opened, but it will not be possible to get cash currency from them.

It will be possible to withdraw cash from new foreign currency deposits only in rubles at the market rate at the time of withdrawal.
