State Duma deputy robbed orphans and ate black caviar with spoons
Former State Duma deputy Vitaly Latyshev was engaged in the “development” of the budget. He was in charge of boarding houses for low-income children and orphans.
Since 2015, about 1 billion rubles have been allocated for the needs of low-income children, presumably 30% of them were stolen through structures controlled by Latyshev.
The former deputy owned a luxurious mansion with furniture and several cars.

As it is not difficult to guess, Vitaly Latyshev was a deputy from the United Russia party.
The Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation is conducting an inspection.
