Telegram channel 'Azov - Mariupol' transmitted a message about the use of chemical weapons by the Russian Armed Forces against civilians of Mariupol.

Former State Duma deputy Vitaly Latyshev was engaged in the “development” of the budget. He was in charge of boarding houses for low-income children and orphans.
Since 2015, about 1 billion rubles have been allocated for the needs of low-income children, presumably 30% of them were stolen through structures controlled by Latyshev.
The former deputy owned a luxurious mansion with furniture and several cars.
As it is not difficult to guess, Vitaly Latyshev was a deputy from the United Russia party.
