Arson of the recruiting office

In all cases, gullible people were called by scammers and told that they should take part in a police operation to catch criminals who are in the military registration and enlistment office.

The meaning of the “police operation” was that the victim had to throw a Molotov cocktail through the window or door of the military registration and enlistment office.
