Ukraine will receive F-16 fighter jets from the US
The US Congress has approved a training program for Ukrainian pilots on the F-15, F-16 and F-5 Freedom Fighter/Tiger II fighters. Ukrainian pilots are undergoing training in the United States.
This is due to the fact that it is difficult to conduct offensive operations without aviation support, and the situation at the front is developing in such a way that the Armed Forces of Ukraine have the opportunity to launch an offensive in the Kherson and Zaporozhye directions before the start of the autumn thaw, i.e. until mid October.
In addition, the Armed Forces of Ukraine will receive at their disposal 4 more MLRS HIMARS installations, and by the end of the year 10 more such installations, thus bringing the number of HIMARS to 30.
The minimum goals pursued by the Armed Forces of Ukraine are the liberation of the Kherson and Kharkov regions of Ukraine, and perhaps Ukraine will achieve these goals.
Otherwise, offensive operations are hardly possible until mid-December, when the dirt roads freeze.
