
A drunken Cossack rode a horse to a store
In the Kursk region, a drunken 43-year-old Cossack on a horse drove into the Pyaterochka store. After calling the police, the Cossack refused to get off the horse and behaved defiantly.
As he explained, “the horse wanted bread, so I drove it to the store to give it the right to choose the goods.”
The offender refused to conduct a medical examination for alcohol. A report on an administrative violation for disobedience to the lawful request of a police officer was drawn up on him. He faces administrative arrest of up to 15 days and a fine of up to 4,000 rubles. (60$).
