Ukrainians allowed to kill Russian military

President of Ukraine Zelensky signed a law on the use of firearms by civilians.

During wartime, all civilians who have received firearms have the right to use them in defence of themselves, their honour and dignity.

This law legalizes the killing of Russian military personnel by civilians.

The law is valid for the period of wartime in Ukraine. After the abolition of the wartime period, all firearms and ammunition must be handed over to the police.
