The State Duma of the Russian Federation adopted a law on sending subpoenas in electronic form, and a set of strict interim measures will help to avoid evading receipt.
Citizens of Russia in electronic devices will be handed over through the State Services service. In addition, a number of measures are envisaged that impose serious restrictions on dodgers.
The summons will be considered received if sent through the State Service. In this case, an invitation with a summons or not will not be accepted.
Citizens who have received restrictions will be prohibited from traveling beyond the sending with the possibility of obtaining electronic resources, as well as the use of credit banks and driving a car.
