Duty free shops for a limited number of people will open at the end of August this year. To implement this congenial idea, the Russian government issued a special decree.
In order to buy goods in such a store, you must present accreditation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. Special stores will sell for dollars, euros and Russian rubles.
Diplomats and members of their families will be able to shop in stores, access to the store will be closed to other citizens. Thus, a group of privileged persons appears in Russia.
