Russian citizen Khokhlov Ivan Vladimirovich filed a lawsuit against the group Metallica in which he demands $ 1 billion.

Khokhlov claims that he is the author of all the lyrics, musical compositions and covers of the band’s discs. For this, he demands “lifetime maintenance from the proceeds of sales of music, merchandise and other Metallica.”

The claim was registered in the arbitration court of the Oryol region.
