The Russian Orthodox Church breaks off relations with the Patriarchate of Constantinople. This is the response of the Moscow Patriarchate to the imminent granting of autocephaly to Ukraine.
Ukraine brought about $14 billion a year in revenue to the Moscow Patriarchate. After the granting of autocephaly to the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, this money will remain in Ukraine.

According to the prepared bill, the list of foreign agents may include an individual or an organization not only receiving funding from abroad, but also "a person who has received support and (or) is under foreign influence in other forms."
