The Moscow mayor’s office will transfer photos of users of the public services portal mos.ru to the face recognition system used by the police.
As part of the contract on the public procurement portal, the Moscow Mayor’s Office should develop and implement a procedure for transferring the “Reference Photo from the User Profile” to a special gallery of the Unified Data Storage Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow, which processes video from outdoor surveillance cameras connected to the face recognition system.
In addition, the performer must ensure the collection of media data and telemetry of users’ smartphones.
