Убийство узбекского транссексуала

A 53-year-old man was released in the courtroom in the case of the murder of a transsexual with whom he was in an intimate relationship.

On the night of January 13, 2020, Yuri Yanovsky, who is in a closed club of lovers of non-traditional sexual services, ordered a transgender prostitute to an apartment hotel.

When the transsexual came to the hotel room, Janowski suspected him of trying to pour sleeping pills into a glass in order to further steal property.

Yanovsky stabbed the victim several times in the chest after which he dismembered the corpse, cutting off the head after which he fled to the Tver region, but was found and detained.

The torso of a headless transsexual was found a few months later in the Mga River. It turned out to be a 24-year-old native of Uzbekistan Jamshud Khatamjonov who came to Russia to provide sexual services.

Initially, the investigation considered the case under Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Murder”, but later the case was reclassified under Article 108 “Excess of necessary defense”.

The court found Janowski guilty under this article and sentenced him to 10 months in a general regime colony, which were credited at the expense of the time spent by the killer in custody.

Yuri Yanovsky was released in the courtroom.
