In the Shchebekinsky district of the Belgorod region, the military are digging trenches and carrying out a set of other measures to repel a possible attack from the Ukrainian border.
The head of the Shchebekinsky district of the Belgorod region, Vladimir Zhdanov, explained why trenches began to be dug in the region:
Dear friends, I read your messages and comments: many are concerned about the ongoing excavation work in the district. The work is carried out at our request: it is better to play it safe once again, and additional security measures will not be superfluous. There is no need to worry, nothing threatens our security.
Taking into account the fact that representatives of the Russian authorities lie, and they lie when they open their mouths, there is no doubt that Russia is preparing for the offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the transfer of hostilities to the territory of Russia.
