Grandmother with a red flag curses Russia

My grandmother, who came out with a red flag to the Ukrainian military and became a symbol of Russian propaganda, speaks negatively about Russia. Her house in the Kharkiv region was damaged by mortar fire.

My grandmother’s name is Anna Ivanovna Ivanova. The video of the grandmother with the red flag went viral in the Russian patriotic public. This grandmother is painted on posters and monuments are erected.

As it turned out, Anna Ivanovna was evacuated to Kharkiv to the territory controlled by Ukraine. Her village was shelled by Russia, her house was damaged in this shelling.

It would be better if there was no war. It is lousy that Russia went to war against us.
