31-year-old Irina Volkova posted a photo shoot on the network where she poses against the background of St. Isaac’s Cathedral in St. Petersburg with naked buttocks.
The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation opened a criminal case against the model under Art. 148 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Public actions expressing obvious disrespect for society and committed in order to insult the religious feelings of believers.”
Recall that for similar actions, the court sentenced blogger Ruslan Bobiev and his girlfriend Anastasia Chistova, photographed against the background of St. Basil’s Cathedral, to 10 months in a general regime colony.
