As it turned out, the man came to the Moscow region from Chuvashia, where a few days ago quarantine was announced in the village of Staroe Aktashevo after two people were diagnosed with anthrax.

As a citizen of the village, she bought a bull for meat. The animal was not vaccinated against anthrax and was not registered with the sanitary and epidemiological station. The man slaughtered a bull and treated his friends with meat, who were later diagnosed with anthrax.

The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case on the fact of deliberate infection with a dangerous disease.
