Андрей Клишас вор и негодяй

In his appeal, the chairman of the National Anti-Corruption Committee, Kirill Kabanov, proposed to return to the Criminal Code the “Stalinist” article on sabotage.

Kabanov in the letter proposes to consider the possibility of returning to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation the composition ‘Sabotage’ “with a change in its disposition taking into account modern realities and legislation of the Russian Federation”.

We are talking about the so-called “Stalinist” Criminal Code of 1927 and Article 58 according to which a citizen convicted of sabotage was punished by imprisonment for up to 15 years with confiscation of property.

The State Duma positively perceived Kabanov’s initiative. Senator Andrei Klishas replied:

When you look at the “successes” of our departments in import substitution and other areas, I would very much like to return the article on sabotage to the Criminal Code, this is true.

Russia is increasingly similar to the USSR in its worst manifestations.
