Moscow City Hall has published a list of secret objects
There is a joke in Ukrainian public pages that the mayor of Moscow should be awarded an order because Ukrainian intelligence received the addresses of military installations.
A 400-page document was published on the website of the Moscow City Hall with the title ‘List of consumers of electrical energy (power), limiting the mode of consumption of electrical energy for which can lead to economic, environmental, and social consequences’.
(*) The document is not available now.
Journalists from the Dossier research center drew attention to this.
The document contained information about the facilities of the FSO, FSB, SVR, FSIN, headquarters, resting places for employees of these departments, secret prisons and other particularly important facilities.
Most of the addresses are located in the center of Moscow, but there are also houses on the outskirts of the city. A special place where secret objects are concentrated is the Serebryany Bor recreation area in the North-West of Moscow.
Publication of information constituting a state secret in open sources is a violation of the Legislation of the Russian Federation under Art. 283 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, which entails a prison sentence of 3 to 7 years in prison.
It is not known whether officials who leaked important information constituting a state secret will be held accountable.
The document has now been removed from the network.
