To the door of the apartment in which the former editor of the radio station “Echo of Moscow” Alexei Venediktov threw a pig’s head in a woman’s wig, and on the door they left a sticker with the Ukrainian coat of arms and the inscription “Judensau” “Jewish pig”.
The radio station “Echo of Moscow” has been broadcasting since 1990 and was liquidated shortly after the invasion of Russian troops into Ukraine on March 1, 2022 at the request of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation, in connection with the “purposeful and systematic publication of knowingly false information about the actions of the Russian military in the framework of a special operation to protect the DPR and LPR.”
Alexey Venediktov commented on the situation in surprise:
Did they decide to intimidate me and my family? Me, whom Dudayev militants took to be shot?
Recall that Alexei Venediktov has friendly relations with Putin’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov.
In 2013, it was Venediktov who contributed to the fact that Alexei Navalny in the criminal case of “Kirovles” received a suspended, not a real sentence.
At the same time, Russia’s liberal public has big grievances against Venediktov for his support for the introduction of electronic voting in elections, which, in the end, turned out to be a scam.
